Radioactive Productions proudly presents the first in a ongoing series of parties dedicated to the original ‘Cube’ phat Hard House sound – Vinyl Sessions is here, and here to stay!
Back in the day the NZ hard house scene had an original home where everyone discovered the underground energy of hard filthy banging beats; that place was Cube and although the venue is long gone, the spirit of the sound lives on with Meltdown at Area 6.
We all know nothing sounds phatter than a vinyl DJ set, so we are caging the CDJ’s for the night and dusting off the turntables ready to smash the Auckland scene once more. Vinyl Session’s code of conduct is total dedication to the sickest ‘trance free’ atmosphere, with phat pumping basslines and thumping proper hard house classics from back in the good old days. If you like beats that smash your senses then there is only one place for you!
