If music was an animal, what would it be and why?
Our Flats Kitten, it can rage sometimes and cut you to shreds or it can be calm, cute and chill on your lap.
If you had a banana, 2 left ankle socks and a dwarf, where would you take them and what would you do?
Wow now thats random… ok I’d make the dwarf put the sock on his hands and the banana in his mouth and then make him dance like a monkey and then go show my friend Ryan Hogan! haha, wait can I say that?
What has been your biggest inspiration during your dance music career?
hrmm…. first it would have to be Daft Punk because they are gods! but recently it would be meeting and hanging out with all the easter weekender 2011 lineup.
Nick Sandford:
Nick started Djing in Clubs in 2008. Before that he was the one that would stand by the stereo at house parties, get crunk, play the music and rock it all night! He learnt to DJ properly on a set of Technics 1200MK5′s and Drum and Bass Vinyl and has never looked back. Moving from strength to strength Nick has mastered both House and D’n'B styles. Nick has played at pretty much every Bar in Auckland (including some out of Auckland eg. Coyotes Bar TGA, Waihi Beach Motel, Loft & Sekure Hamiltron And Butter Bank Whangarei) also many large events, numerous weddings, 18th’s, 21st’s and supported a crazy amount of Internationals eg. Cookie Monsta, ShockOne, Rico Tubbs (BombfunkmcsDJ), Kelevra, Ian Carey, Flux Pavilion (UK), Aphrodite, A-Sides, Foreign Beggars (UK), The Freestylers, B Complex, Danny Byrd and Slum Dogz to name a few.
